Custom Sticker Return & Reproduction Policy
Because every sticker order is unique and custom-made to your specifications, we have a strict policy on returns and refunds. Please review it carefully before approving your final order.
No Returns or Refunds
- Final Sale on Custom Products: We accept NO RETURNS and offer NO REFUNDS on custom products once the final order specifications have been approved by the customer. Our commitment is to reproduce your approved design accurately and to a high-quality standard.
- Customer Order Errors: We cannot offer reprints or refunds for orders based on incorrectly placed customer orders, including errors in specifications, size, color choices, texture choices, material selection, or if you decide to cancel after approval. Please review your proofs carefully!
- No Refunds on Design Work: Fees for custom design work and proofing are non-refundable once the design process has begun, as they cover the time and labor of our design team.
Policy on Defects (Our Error Only)
We take pride in producing high-quality products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, we will gladly reproduce the same order purchased, provided the claim is in line with the terms below.
1. What Qualifies as a Defect?
A Defect is defined as a manufacturing error caused by Sticker Bros. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrectly Cut Stickers: Significant misalignment or if the image is clearly cut off.
- Printing Error: An obvious error in the print (e.g., printing black when the proof was white, or significant banding not present in the proof).
2. What is NOT a Defect? (Quality Disclaimer)
We do not allow returns or reprints based on deviations from subjective expected quality, including:
- Color Variations: Final printed colors may vary slightly from the on-screen digital proof due to differences in monitor calibration, file conversion (RGB to CMYK), and printing processes. We cannot guarantee a perfect color match.
- Matching Other Parts: We cannot guarantee our prints will match colors or quality from other manufactured parts or products, as every printer uses different methods.
How to Report a Defect and Initiate a Reprint
Your replacement will be a reproduction of the same exact order purchased.
- Timeframe for Claim: You must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery time (based on carrier tracking) to report a defect.
- Required Proof: You must submit clear images as proof in a direct email to sales@nachomamasstickers.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Return: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. You must return ALL delivered defective products before the reproduction process can begin. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Reproduction Timeline: Once the defect is confirmed and the original products are returned, please allow 10 to 20 business days for the reproduction and shipment of your corrected order. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement order to you.
The final decision regarding a reprint or other resolution is at the sole discretion of Nacho Mama's Stickers, following a review of all submitted materials and the confirmed return of the defective product(s).
